Inventory Specialist

About the role

Inventory Specialists are responsible for providing support, analysis, and recommendations to assist all store management and ensure operational efficiency at store and delivery level. This role supports the Inventory & Compliance Manager on a wide range of compliance regulation, technology launches, policy and procedures and inventory related operational administrative duties, to effectively process high performance, and serve as a business partner to the store. The Inventory Specialist’s customers include all Store Employees, Corporate Business Partners and Store Customers. The Inventory Specialist takes responsibility for all Back of House and Inventory activities in conjunction with store leadership and assists the Specialist Team by working with Store Management to perform daily operational functions. In adherence to all compliance regulations governing the purchasing and selling of cannabis and non- cannabis product, the Inventory Specialist will partner with the Inventory & Compliance Manager in each location to oversee all facets of policy and procedures and operational administrative duties in relation to inventory and product.
