Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Inventory Specialist will manage the inventory of vehicles at Copart facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Document vehicle conditions using company-provided tools and complete inventories with supporting photographs.
• Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to facilitate timely processing of vehicle inventory.
• Facilitate the Copart experience by addressing customer needs and offering solutions.
• Maintain the receiving area, monitor inventory, and organize materials.
• Operate camera systems and handheld inventory devices to process incoming vehicles.
• Determine the operational capabilities of motor vehicles and complete necessary inspections (TLEs).
• Maintain an inventory of all materials used.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• General automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld devices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

• Experience in automotive or related field preferred.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.29 per hour.

Schedule

Nightly shift.
