About the role
The Inventory Specialist will manage the inventory of all vehicles at Copart facilities, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the receiving area
- Operate camera and handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles
- Determine operational capability of motor vehicles
- Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles
- Maintain inventory of all materials used
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Comply with safety requirements
- Facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Driver's license preferred
- Bilingual skill a plus
