Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Inventory Specialist will manage the vehicle inventory at Copart facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Document vehicle conditions using company tools and complete inventories with supporting photographs.
• Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to facilitate timely processing of vehicle inventory.
• Facilitate the Copart experience by addressing customer needs through a thorough understanding of company policy.
• Maintain the receiving area, monitor inventory, and operate necessary equipment.
• Complete TLEs (Vehicle Inspection Inventories) on required vehicles.
• Maintain records of all materials used.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• General automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld devices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.29 per hour.
