About the role
The Inventory Specialist will manage the vehicle inventory at Copart facilities, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Document vehicle conditions using company tools and standards
- Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to facilitate timely processing
- Facilitate customer needs by understanding and complying with Copart policies
- Maintain the receiving area, monitor operations, and organize materials
- Operate camera systems and handheld inventory devices
- Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) as needed
- Maintain inventory of materials used
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- General automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Driver’s license preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
