Inventory Specialist

About the Role

Casey Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our online merchandising and compliance operations. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographic and video media of our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring federal and state compliance, and maintaining seamless digital listings across our dealership websites and third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Photography: Capture and upload professional, high-accuracy photo galleries that showcase our new and pre-owned inventory.
• Vehicle Videography: Create engaging walk-around or feature videos for each vehicle on the lot.
• Compliance & Labeling: Ensure all pre-owned vehicles meet FTC, state, and dealership policies regarding labeling, data accuracy, and representation.
• Documentation Management: Maintain all required pre-owned vehicle documentation in both the physical vehicle and the used car deal folder.
• Timely Processing: Ensure photos, labels, window stickers, and paperwork are processed and live on websites within 10 days of vehicle arrival.
• Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Review missing photo lists daily, communicate real-time inventory status updates, and collaborate with management.
• Marketing Integration: Coordinate with the Marketing Department to verify image and data accuracy across dealership and third-party websites.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital cameras, computers, smartphones, and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage strict timelines and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with management, sales, and team members.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay

Starts at $14.00-$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with occasional weekends.
