Essential Duties, Function & Responsibilities
- Maintains inventory and submits/receives orders on formulary from approved vendors.
- Reconciles invoices for accounts payable processing.
- Serves as a liaison between procurement/supply chain management and contracted vendors.
- Supports in managing contracting, purchasing, and receiving of all drug products, med-surg supplies, and other necessary materials.
- Aids in formulary compliance and tracking, ordering, and distributing patient-specific medications from specialty pharmacies.
- Maintains records and tracks DME and compounding equipment.
- Participates in company physical inventories and cycle inventory counts.
- Packages, ships, and tracks products needed in other company facilities.
- Performs inventory functions in both CPR+ and InfuseFlow systems.
- Provides necessary data for budget development related to material goods.

- Perform basic mathematical computations.
- Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, talking, and hearing.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, reading, and driving/riding in transport vehicles.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Specific vision abilities: reading, distance, computer, and color vision.
- Talking and hearing are essential for communication.
