Inventory Network Planner Specialist

About the role

Responsible for inventory deployment, allocation, and network planning to optimize customer service, cost, and inventory levels. Analyze supply risks, resolve inventory imbalances, support cross-functional planning, and drive continuous improvement.

Duration: 4+ month contract | Location: Solon, OH | Schedule: Full‑time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory deployment and allocation across plants, distribution centers, and regions.
• Monitor supply risks, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and service performance.
• Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and conduct root cause and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, and operations teams to make data‑driven decisions.
• Maintain network planning master data and improve planning processes using OMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, transportation, or customer service/BSC.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI preferred.
• Experience with SAP, OMP, or similar planning systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and make timely decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
