Inventory & Materials Specialist

CECO Environmental Corporation · Tustin, CA · 1 mo ago
Management$27/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role and responsibilities. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We have: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing the role: "The Inventory & Materials Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting manufacturing operations through material handling and replenishment activities, and ensuring timely and accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system. This position plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, material availability, and work order processing while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives and a safe, organized work environment." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list of duties: "Your Responsibilities Will Be" then many lines. We need to put them in
  • . - Requirements: The "Required Qualifications" list: high school diploma, 3-5 years experience, D365 experience, etc. Also maybe "Preferred Qualifications" could be part of Requirements or separate? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements? Or separate sections: Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). But we need to avoid thin sections. Probably better: Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred) as separate? However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. We'll put required qualifications under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. - Skills: Not explicitly listed but we could infer from required qualifications: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to operate forklift, strong organizational skills, etc. But we should not invent. If there is no explicit "Skills" section, we should not create it. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". There's no explicit Skills heading, but we could treat some of the required qualifications as skills. However better to not create Skills section if not explicitly present. But we could place skill-like items under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably better to not create Skills. - Benefits: The posting says: "We Offer We provide a variety of medical insurance plans, with dental and vision coverage, Employee 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and much more." Also mentions culture etc. That's benefits. So we can create Benefits section. - Pay: The posting includes "Pay Range USD $27.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr." So we create Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we omit Schedule. Also we have some other paragraphs like "About Us", "About Ceco", "Equal Opportunity Employer", etc. Those are boilerplate to remove. Also "We Offer" we already captured benefits. Also "At CECO, we are committed to a culture..." that's part of benefits/culture but we can include in Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points exactly as given (maybe rephrase? but must preserve info). We'll output as list items. We need to not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Inventory & Materials Specialist". We'll not add heading for that. We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we remove the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph, Accessibility Assistance, etc. We also need to remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences about CECO being a global leader etc. We'll keep only one instance? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicates but keep one copy. The posting has repeated description of CECO at start and later "About Ceco" etc. Those are boilerplate; we can remove them as they are not substantive to the role. The substantive info about the company mission maybe not needed for role? But they said preserve ALL substantive information; but also remove boilerplate. The mission statement maybe considered boilerplate? It's generic. However it's part of the posting but not specific to the role. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The mission statement about being a global leader might be considered boilerplate but it's also substantive about the company. However they said preserve ALL substantive information; but also remove duplicated lines. The mission appears twice; we could keep one copy. But is it needed for the role? Might be considered company overview, not required for the role but still substantive. However the instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones suggests we may keep About the role section which already includes some company context? The About the role section we wrote includes only role responsibilities. The company overview could be placed under About the role? But they said About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So About the role could include a brief description of the role and maybe company context. But we already have role description. We could incorporate a brief company overview into About the role if we want to preserve that info. However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph about the company under About the role if we want. But we need to decide what to include. The posting's first paragraph: "CECO Environmental is a global leader in providing sustainable solutions for industrial air, water, and energy transition. Since 1966, we’ve been addressing the world’s most pressing environmental challenges. Our mission is to protect people, the environment, and industrial equipment, making a tangible impact across industries like renewable energy, semiconductor manufacturing, power generation, and water treatment. As a purpose-driven company, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and integrity, ensuring that every project we undertake creates lasting positive change. At CECO, you’ll be part of a growing, dynamic team committed to a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable future. We are proud to share that CECO was named one of Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Companies for 2025 and that Forbes recognized CECO as one of America’s Most Successful Small Cap Companies for 2026, marking our third consecutive year on the Forbes list. CECO Environmental is a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ under the ticker CECO, reflecting our strong growth, financial performance, and commitment to delivering value to shareholders. As part of the CECO Environmental family of brands, Compass Water Solutions plays a critical role in delivering specialized water solutions that protect both people and the environment. By joining our team, you’ll contribute to our shared mission of protecting global industrial operations and shaping the future of environmental stewardship." That's a lot of company info. It's not strictly about the role but could be considered "About the role" context. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." If we include all that under About the role, that'll be a substantive section. Then we have Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's 6 sections. That's okay. We must not include sections like "About Us" etc. So we will incorporate the company overview into About the role. Now we need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The company overview appears again later under "About Ceco" etc. We'll only include once. Now we need to format. We'll output:
