Inventory Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Summary

We are seeking an Inventory Manager (Buyer/Planner) fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our dynamic team. This role involves owning demand forecasts, managing inventory levels, and ordering decisions for multiple global brands.

Responsibilities

• Own short-term demand forecasts and place weekly orders for 7–12 brands
• Develop and manage 3, 6, and 9 month ordering strategies tailored to brand goals
• Analyze and present monthly demand, sales, and receipt forecasts directly to brand partners
• Collaborate with brand management to define and execute ordering and inventory strategies
• Proactively analyze forecast variance and implement corrective actions
• Lead brand calls independently, providing recommendations and solutions to supply chain challenges

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of supply/demand planning or buying experience
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong experience with ERP systems and inventory planning processes
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining forecasting discipline
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and inventory metrics
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
