Warehouse Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee warehouse operations to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements
• Implement and monitor effective inventory management practices to maintain accuracy and integrity in stock handling
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as legal and company policies
• Develop and enforce proper warehousing procedures, including safe handling of medical products and IVD materials
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
• Optimize warehouse layout and space requirements to streamline storage and retrieval processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with other departments to manage logistics and supply chain issues, including transportation and distribution activities
• Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, and perform cost analysis to maximize operational efficiency
• Maintain records of warehouse activities and generate reports for upper management
• Collaborate effectively with various China team members and communicate in Mandarin on inventory checks, policy synchronization, and translations, enhancing work accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• ERP Systems Experience Required (Netsuite experience is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management, preferably in the medical products or IVD manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients and team members, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
• Certified Forklift Operator with a valid forklift license
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
