About the role
Cintas is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring inventoried materials are maintained, received, picked, packed, shipped, transferred, and counted in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role involves organizing the overall workload in the warehouse, providing a high level of customer service to location leadership, and acting as the primary point of contact for all warehouse business system questions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations to maintain inventoried materials.
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, transferring, and counting of inventory.
- Organize and manage the overall workload in the warehouse.
- Provide high-level customer service to location leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse business system questions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $21.00 - $28.88 per hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
