Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conducting cycle counts completely and accurately per schedules provided.
- Straightening merchandise so that it can be easily picked.
- Updating and printing the initial cycle count report to verify accuracy.
- Audit and correct bin discrepancies resulting from picking orders, putaway errors, lost merchandise, and/or pilferage.
- Investigate missing items and report losses and trends to management.
- Fill out discrepancy sheets for issues found that can be fully traced.
- Turning in both the Cycle Count Report and Discrepancy Sheets to the Cycle Count Lead.

Education, Experience And Other Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
- Years of experience: Minimum of two years of inventory control and/or cycle counting experience or equivalent combination of education and warehouse operations experience, preferred
- Valid Driver’s license preferred
- Knowledge of Inventory Management preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and RF Scanning.
- Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order picking, packing, and shipping processes and procedures.
- Dedicated to business and willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed to manage department
Essential Functions Of The Position
- Performing tasks in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Repetitive movements.
- Able to stand, reach, bend, push and pull bulky material for the entire shift and capable of lifting 50-70 lbs. frequently.
- Unafraid of Heights- potential height of 27.5 ft on equipment.
- Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
