Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor/sales relationships by serving as the main point of contact for questions or concerns regarding orders.
• Track and order all initial product orders for the company.
• Handle the data entry and follow up in our systems for orders placed.
• Maintain the positive image, brand, and reputation of Universal Windows Direct.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
• Experience: Time Management – Pursues quality in accomplishing all tasks; makes few errors; checks work to ensure accuracy and completeness; remains aware of all details and follows up as needed; multi-tasks and switches tasks when necessary.
• Additional Requirements: Collaborative skills needed to work with multiple departments. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and desire to assist customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner. Knowledge and understanding of production/ service catalog and ordering procedure.

Pay

$20-$22/hr (Full-Time) pending location, expereince, & internal equity
