Job Hours
Typically Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, with occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed.
General Job Duties
- Customer contact and follow-up
- Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors
- Inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents
- Working with a phone-based stenography service to create item lists
- Discussing item details with customers such as ages and place of purchase
- Reviewing and following up on billings and customer concerns
- Managing multiple job files and assignments
- On-call week every 4-6 weeks (emergency response)
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Experience
- Strong customer service background, professional communication skills, production, people-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily
Compensation
$19.00 - $23.50 per hour

Inventory Coordinators must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.
