Inventory Control Team Member

Responsibilities

• Identifies Inventory requirements
• Operates and maintains automated data processing equipment to perform product accounting, computations, and research
• Stores, maintains, issues, and delivers raw materials
• Assists/Coordinates year-end inventory
• Daily inventory control - monitor and resolve discrepancies, which includes:
  • Negative inventory
  • Product listed in primary location
  • Product in receiving and research locations
• Physically performs inventory transfers as well as enters those movements within the SAP operating system
• Monitors and works with Inventory Coordinator on old/obsolete inventory disposition
• Complies with safety, security, and environmental directives and practices
• Prepares documentation indicating identification and quantity of assets
• Warehouses stock items, maintains storage area infrastructure and facilities

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Must be able to work any shift
• Must have the ability to stand during an entire shift as well as must have the ability to lift and carry 60lbs up and down stairs
• Previous forklift experience required
• Must be able to navigate MS Office efficiently
• Prior SAP experience a plus
