Responsibilities
- Identifies Inventory requirements
- Operates and maintains automated data processing equipment to perform product accounting, computations, and research
- Stores, maintains, issues, and delivers raw materials
- Assists/Coordinates year-end inventory
- Daily inventory control - monitor and resolve discrepancies, which includes:
- Negative inventory
- Product listed in primary location
- Product in receiving and research locations
- Physically performs inventory transfers as well as enters those movements within the SAP operating system
- Monitors and works with Inventory Coordinator on old/obsolete inventory disposition
- Complies with safety, security, and environmental directives and practices
- Prepares documentation indicating identification and quantity of assets
- Warehouses stock items, maintains storage area infrastructure and facilities
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must be able to work any shift
- Must have the ability to stand during an entire shift as well as must have the ability to lift and carry 60lbs up and down stairs
- Previous forklift experience required
- Must be able to navigate MS Office efficiently
- Prior SAP experience a plus
