About the role

The Team Lead position of Inventory Control supports and manages the work of research and daily operations of the IC Clerks I and II, managing workloads across both shifts and assisting the department in all of its goals of accurate and high-quality inventory within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Drives daily operations of Clerks (I and II) by managing and assigning Cycle count/project work, or other required IC work as identified.
  • Manages Multiple Research Based Ticket Queues to Resolution with varying levels of personnel within the company.
  • Assists in Research of Warehouse Inventory Accuracy Opportunities.
  • Other Inventory-Related Projects as Assigned.
  • Performs Cycle Count Reconciles as Needed/Directed.
  • Assesses Inventory Accuracy and Transfer/Adjusts Inventory Levels to Correct as Necessary.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • RF Scanner Devices.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Physical/Visual, and Digital Ticket Organization.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Pay

Base pay starts at $18.00 an hour

Schedule

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
