Inventory Control Supervisor – Warehouse Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse inventory accuracy for major customers, ensuring precise cycle counts, audits, and variance resolution.
• Utilize advanced WMS and data tools to monitor and report inventory status.
• Collaborate with operations and transportation teams to prevent stockouts and optimize workflows.
• Support safe, efficient, and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.
• Coach and develop a small team, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
• Leverage automation and analytics to enhance inventory management processes.
• Ensure reliable, on-time fulfillment aligned with customer and company standards.
