Inventory Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Leading a team to ensure accuracy throughout all functions of the warehouse, including inbound pallets, outbound pallets and production locations.
2. Leads the Receiving Clerks and Warehouse Associates to ensure accuracy.
3. Analyze inbound receipts to ensure product receipts match Bill of Ladings and system POs.
4. Ensure operation meets stated goals for location and pallet cycle counting.
5. Prepare reports based on completed cycle counts to show operation performance and investigate discrepancies.
6. Use data collected during pallet auditing to better identify pallets and pickers that need to be checked.
7. Help Warehouse Operations Manager plan and execute yearly inventory and research any count discrepancies.
8. Review performance with Receiving Clerks and Warehouse Associates to improve performance.
9. Maintain a clean workspace.
10. Provide customer service and answer customer inquiries.
11. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
