National salary range: $55,000 – $90,000

• California: $70,304 – $90,000
• Washington: $80,169 – $90,000
• New York: $62,354 – $90,000

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a motivated, organized individual to join a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. This role provides guidance and coordination for the non-exempt Inventory Control Team to maintain accurate inventory records in alignment with client service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective actions to support continuous process improvement and operational excellence
• Monitor and report customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements to site leadership
• Maximize site inventory processes and systems to ensure:
  • Care, custody, and control of customer inventory
  • Accuracy (to floor and customer book)
  • Proper utilization of information technology
• Provide required documentation to customer, customer’s financial statement auditor, or appropriate regulatory auditor in support of compliance requirements
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for associates
• Conduct associate performance reviews, individual development plans, and succession plans
• Communicate, administer, and enforce company policies at appropriate levels
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to necessary tools to perform their assigned duties

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent 4 years of experience
• Some knowledge of inventory control (preferred)
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. (required)
