About the Role

As the OSD (Overage, Short, Damaged) and Inventory Control Supervisor, you will oversee the team responsible for maintaining the highest inventory quality—from the moment inventory arrives to when it reaches the customer. Your focus will be ensuring customers receive the right part, in the right quantity, undamaged, and on time. You’ll lead a team handling continuous cycle counting, inventory synchronization across systems, and exception processes like overages, shortages, and damages. Collaboration with Customer Experience, Manufacturer Partnerships, Accounts Payable, vendors, and receiving teams will be key to resolving discrepancies and improving quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a team responsible for inventory quality and accuracy.
  • Lead a cycle counting team to meet quality and productivity KPIs.
  • Manage exception processes, including overages, shortages, and damages.
  • Resolve receipt discrepancies by communicating with vendors, Accounts Payable, and Operations teams.
  • Oversee customer-facing quality issues and collaborate with operations and Continuous Improvement teams to error-proof processes.
  • Identify parts and escalate quality issues as needed.
  • Participate in hiring, training, performance reviews, and attendance tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Fulfillment Center Operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Ability to work a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM shift.
  • Comfort working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to intermittently lift 50 lbs. and continuously stand/walk on a concrete surface.

Pay

Salary range: $62,320.50–$76,169.50 annually ($29.96–$36.61 hourly), based on qualifications, experience, and location. Additional performance-based profit-sharing and annual bonuses may apply.
