Responsibilities
- Monitor and work Eclipse queues associated with Returns and Defective daily.
- Work closely with receiving department and vendors to solve discrepancies.
- Responsible for processing stock returns.
- Responsible for processing RGA returns.
- Update new items for bin locations.
- Monitoring non-stock inventory items.
- Managing bin locations and changes.
- Manage and lead a team of 10 employees.
- Manage Warehouse inventory.
- Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.
- Responsible for cycle count program.
- Review and investigate all inventory adjustments.
- Manage Scrap wire process.
- Assist in analysis of inventory.
- Assist in management of dead/obsolete inventory.
- Responsible for yearly physical inventories.
- Responsible for maintaining and upgrading company report card.
- Responsible for continual review of appropriate SOP's.
- Responsible for stores/cross docks with inventory control and returns.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic inventory/purchasing knowledge including procurement – order points, line points, demand, safety stock, excess and dead stock, WMS & RF experience.
- Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and organization skills.
- Reliable, Responsible, and a great work ethic.
- College degree in Industrial Distribution, Business Management and/or equivalent industry experience is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years' electrical distribution industry experience.
Environment
- Typical environment includes offices and warehouse.
- Light to moderate noise level.
- While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to stand.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
