Position Summary: The Inventory Receiving Clerk works closely with the Supply Chain team and Operations staff to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce test costs. Reporting to the Sr Materials Manager, this role is non-exempt under the FLSA.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Accurately record inventory receipt activities and verify cycle counts, replenishments, and location audits.
• Audit historical transactions to identify and propose causes for variances.
• Determine and report on the root cause of inventory discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist in picking materials for production shop orders.
• Act as a backup for the shipping function, fulfilling customer orders.

What You Bring To The Table

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of related experience with ERP systems and ISO9001 compliance.

What To Expect At Work

• Majority of time spent in traditional office working conditions.
• Limited exposure to a manufacturing area with potential exposure to dirt, dust, noise, machine chemicals, fumes, etc.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
