ETI Precision is seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Materials Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for production.

About the role

This role is responsible for inventory transactions, cycle counting, material issuance, discrepancy resolution, and inventory control processes while working closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/MRP transactions, including receipts, transfers, issues, returns, and inventory adjustments.
  • Coordinate material picking, kitting, staging, and issuance to support production schedules and work orders.
  • Conduct cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and investigate inventory variances.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, and material-related concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support traceability, nonconforming material processes, and inventory audit requirements.
  • Maintain organized and secure inventory storage areas in accordance with company standards and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of inventory control, materials coordination, warehouse, or stockroom experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems.
  • Working knowledge of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and physical inventory processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Associate degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, technical services, electronics, or ISO-regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with barcode systems, lot/serial traceability, and inventory control best practices.

Pay

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
