We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Sara Lee Frozen Bakery" and "Working for Sara Lee". But we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes a summary and essential duties (responsibilities). It includes Knowledge and Skill Requirements (qualifications/skills). It includes Benefits & Compensation (benefits and pay). No schedule info. So we should have sections: Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities), Requirements (Knowledge and Skill Requirements), Benefits (Benefits & Compensation), Pay (maybe part of Benefits & Compensation). The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can combine Qualifications and Skills maybe. But we have knowledge and skill requirements; we can put under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably better to have Requirements (knowledge and skill) and Benefits and Pay separate. However Pay is included in Benefits & Compensation; we could put Pay section with salary range. Benefits section with benefits list. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "The position responsibilities outlined above are not to be construed as all encompassing." maybe keep? It's substantive but generic; but it's part of responsibilities. We can keep it. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the details from the posting. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

    . For headings use

. We need to decide sections: - Responsibilities: include the summary paragraph and essential duties and responsibilities (maybe break into sub-sections? but we can just list as prose and lists). The essential duties are bullet-like paragraphs each starting with a bold heading? In text they are headings like "Inventory Control & Product Hold Management". Those could be treated as subheadings but we are only allowed to use

for section headings; we could still use

    inside? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that. Probably we should keep the content as is, using

    for prose and

    • for lists. The essential duties are not in a list format but each paragraph starts with a bold heading. We could convert each to
    • under a
. That would preserve detail. Similarly for Knowledge and Skill Requirements: we can list each requirement as
      • . Benefits: list benefits. Pay: include salary range. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary range. Schedule: none, so omit. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

        Responsibilities

        [summary paragraph]

        • Inventory Control & Product Hold Management ...
        • ... etc. But we need to preserve the bold headings? The original had headings like "Inventory Control & Product Hold Management". We could keep them as part of the
        • text. We'll need to extract each duty section.
