About the role
The Inventory Control Manager will oversee the inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock levels across all departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems
- Monitor stock levels and adjust orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage returns
- Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures
- Perform physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management
- Experience with inventory management software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to inventory management
- Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
