Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the inventory expert and thoroughly maintain inventory accuracy.
- Master all products and understand product naming conventions.
- Understand procurement contracts, pricelists, and product compliance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Develop and update warehouse procedures for purchasing, inventory, shipment methods, and equipment utilization.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory count processes and prepare required operational and financial documentation.
- Maintain weekly truck and tool counts.
- Manage fleet operations, ensure compliance, and oversee service and sales vehicle maintenance.
- Train and manage warehouse staff to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach long term goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Ability to solve problems and create innovative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing technologies and unique inventory requirements.
- Experience with data entry and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a high level of integrity.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities.
