  • Perform SKU-level analysis in Apprise to flag slow-moving, obsolete, or at-risk inventory ahead of S&OP cycles
  • Troubleshoot Apprise data integrity issues in partnership with IT/WMS admin as needed
  • Coach, train, develop and manage the inventory control team members
  • Support maintaining a safe working environment and focuses on safe work habits
  • Maintain a focus for self and team on continuous learning that will enhance skill sets and growth opportunities

Skills

  • Data analysis — skilled in mining Apprise/ERP and Excel data to spot trends, outliers, and variance patterns across large inventory datasets
  • Root-cause problem solving — applies structured methods (5-Why, fishbone) to trace discrepancies to their source
  • Cycle count program design and management
  • WMS/ERP proficiency, including Apprise configuration and reporting
  • KPI development and executive-level reporting
  • Lean/5S process improvement

  • Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
  • Strong Customer service skills

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years inventory control experience in a distribution/warehouse environment
  • Direct hands-on experience with Apprise ERP/WMS (reporting, transaction troubleshooting, cycle count setup)
  • Strong analytical skills — able to pull and interpret Apprise/Excel data to find patterns across large datasets
  • Demonstrated root-cause problem-solving applied to real inventory discrepancies
  • Comfort working in an RF-scanning warehouse environment
  • Ability to translate system data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred
  • B2B/wholesale distribution experience preferred
  • Experience supporting Apprise version upgrades or configuration changes preferred
