About the Role
The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) organization within the Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) team of Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) is seeking an Inventory Control & Logistics Specialist to support the Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Program.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for inventory transactions within the customer's PRISM/RDC inventory management system
- Act as the daily liaison between the RTX Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) factory, Texas Module Integration & Test (TMIT), Engineering, CLS Logistics, management personnel, and the customer
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory and repair data within the customer’s PRISM/RDC systems, ensuring all Government Furnished Property (GFP), Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), repair assets, and depot materials are properly tracked and compliant
- Process repair orders, maintain completion dates, resolve inventory discrepancies, and support audit readiness
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience using inventory management systems (PRISM/RDC or similar) and performing receiving, shipping, repair order, and Maintenance Action transactions
- Support domestic and international travel (up to 25%)
- U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret)
- Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Preferred Qualifications
- Active DoD Clearance
- Knowledge of Government Furnished Property (GFP) requirements and audit standards
- Background in logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory operations
- SAP/PRISM/SPS Inventory experience

Pay
The salary range for this role is $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
