Inventory Control - Import Mex (Spanish Required)

About the role

To manage and perform the tasks required to maintain an accurate inventory within the Import Mex warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Strong working knowledge of all shipping and receiving functions, and the WMS system.
• Maintain warehouse slot integrity and responsible for slotting of new items; cubescan all new items.
• Able to work in any area and temperature zone.
• Certified to operate a lift and pallet jack when needed.
• Works with the buyer to handle dead items, samples, and new items.
• Assist in coordinating the handling, storing, and distribution of all damaged and salvageable product.
• Able to reach, lift, and stack cases ranging from 1 to 65 pounds.
• May be required to perform other tasks as necessary.
• Meet and comply with standard warehouse productivity.
• Maintain a cycle count on schedule of current inventory.

Qualifications

• Pass a basic skill math test.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with employees at various levels and departments.
• Pallet jack and lift certified.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and be self‑motivated.
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
• Strong understanding of all SQF standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday: 12 pm to 11 pm.
