Job Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in monitoring department performance and ensuring optimal operation.
• Utilize existing procedures or suggest revisions/implement new ones as needed.
• Maintain oversight of processing times and strive for improvement.
• Propose overtime or other recovery strategies as necessary.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and visual aids are in good working condition and up-to-date.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to Inventory Control and Quality departments.
• Collaborate with various departments including engineering, program management, and others.
• Verify document accuracy related to shipping, receiving, and stockroom activities.
• Check material aging in receiving and shipping areas and ensure data accuracy.
• Guarantee production lines receive correct components for manufacturing.
• Stock materials promptly and accurately.
• Minimize errors affecting quality, budget, and efficiency.
• Identify both strengths and areas for improvement among team members.
• Comply with safety and health regulations and company security policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
