Job Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in monitoring department performance and ensuring optimal operation.
• Utilize existing procedures or suggest improvements as needed.
• Maintain shortest processing times for all received materials and continuously enhance performance.
• Recommend overtime or other recovery strategies as necessary.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and visual aids are in good working condition and up-to-date.
• Provide regular and accurate feedback to Inventory Control and Quality departments and assist with related issues.
• Interact with departmental supervisors, support functions, engineering, program management, and other relevant plant operations.
• Verify document accuracy for shipping, receiving, and stockroom activities.
• Check the accuracy and aging of materials in receiving and shipping areas.
• Ensure production lines receive correct components for manufacturing.
• Stock materials promptly and accurately.
• Minimize errors that could affect quality, budget, and efficiency.
• Identify both strengths and areas for improvement among team members for Inventory Control supervisors.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations and follow company security policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
