Inventory Control Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming shipments of broadcast equipment and materials.
• Scan and deliver incoming equipment to the proper in-house shops for repair and maintenance.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for inbound delivery to production sites.
• Create maintenance tickets for broken assets when necessary.
• Afford assistance with setting up inbound and outbound shipments using FedEx or SOS.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using asset management systems.
• Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct equipment handling.
• Afford assistance in the restock of our mobile units before they leave the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed and work flexible hours for live events.
