Essential Functions

  • Complete daily forklift safety inspections, and report any deviations to the Inventory or Operations Lead
  • Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards
  • Operates company equipment in a safe manner
  • Conducts physical count of inventory by completing cycle counts
  • Resolves and tracks orders to investigate problems
  • Reconciles and restocks product in warehouse locations
  • Ensures inventory transactions and stock status reports are completed on a timely basis
  • Researches inventory discrepancies and provides root cause analysis
  • Conducts incidental audits of orders and receipts including location audits to preserve the integrity of the Warehouse Management System
  • Ensures a safe operation of all materials handling equipment
  • Maintains the highest standards of safety, housekeeping and 5S, and retains a clean, safe and secure work area
  • Affords assistance in maintaining the security of the warehouse

Education and Experience

  • Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three (3) years related experience with inventory/ as a warehouse supervisor

  • Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control
  • Communication - written and verbal
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Experience with material handling equipment
