Inventory Control Associate - Day Shift

Primary Responsibilities
- Researches inventory discrepancies
- Runs daily cycle count reports
- Keys in cycle count entries
- Confirms variances
- Makes multiple inventory adjustments including RTS
- Investigates product shortages
- Maintains inventory records
- Communicates with Procurement team and vendors to resolve product problems
- Utilizes Voice-Directed and/or an RF hand-held unit to cycle count and research inventory variances
- Utilizes fixed station computers to analyze, research, and adjust inventory variances
- Operates material handling equipment to cycle count and research inventory variances
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- A high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months to one year related experience
- Knowledge of the WMiS system and TOLAS Inventory software
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Word and Excel programs
- Able to work with RF scan equipment
Physical Requirements
- Carry, lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, and climbing
- Rarely exposed to outside weather conditions
- Subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm
- Subject to noise levels in the work environment that are typically moderate to high
