Inventory Associate | Day Shift
Location: Moorestown, NJ
About the role
We're seeking an Inventory Associate to support day-to-day warehouse inventory operations at our Moorestown, NJ studio. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts, coordinating supplies for retail stores, and ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
Warehouse
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries
- Transport raw materials to production workstations and storage areas
- Ensure the production floor is fully stocked, anticipating the needs of the production teams you support
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Comply with all company policies and guidelines
- Foster a safe and healthy work environment, compliant with standards and legal regulations
Inventory
- Unload and store materials in their appropriate locations
- Identify and report damages upon unpacking to leadership
- Report shortages and quality deficiencies to leadership
- Keep updated and accurate records of inventory
- Produce and maintain activity logs
Supply Chain Support
- Coordinate the movement of materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks
- Anticipate production team needs to ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Communicate proactively with leadership regarding any supply or quality concerns
- Support the overall flow of materials from receiving through to the production floor
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as forklift operator or similar role
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated problem-solver
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma

Pay
The base range is $20/hr-$23/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
