About the role
The Logistics team ensures every component needed to build NEO is in the right place at the right time. As manufacturing scales, accurate inventory becomes a competitive advantage. This team builds the operational discipline and visibility that keeps production moving efficiently and enables confident business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrity of inventory across 1X's manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Drive inventory accuracy through analysis, auditing, reporting, and process improvements that support production, logistics, and supply chain teams as we scale robot manufacturing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and inventory reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
- Experience building reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable analytics tools.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing in robotics, automotive, aerospace, electronics, or other complex hardware industries.
- Experience managing inventory impacts associated with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD).
- Experience leading inventory process improvement initiatives or warehouse optimization projects.
