Responsibilities
- Maintaining shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation for accessible records.
- Accurately entering warehouse data on inventory movements, order statuses, and shipments.
- Routing materials and orders through workflows to ensure timely processing.
- Preparing reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and operational issues.
- Updating stock records to maintain control accuracy.
- Responding to operational inquiries to support internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse support, distribution, or related fields.
- Preferred certification: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent.
- Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with inventory management.
- Ability to adapt to operational needs and collaborate effectively.
Pay
