About the role

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. As an Inventory Auditor, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories, ensuring the efficient flow of products while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
  • Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post total inventory records.
  • Compare inventories to office records or computing figures from records.
  • Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or investigate discrepancies.
  • Compile receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
  • Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed.
  • Prepare reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
  • Review and investigate daily reports.
  • Maintain shrink at or below company standard.
  • Prepare list of depleted items and recommend survey of defective/unusable items.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills, including 10-key data entry.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
  • Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
  • Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pay

$19.50 per hour (performance pay up to $22.50).

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 PM until finished.
