Inventory Clerk Material Handler

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Inventory Clerk / Material Handler to join our team. In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, measure and properly inventory incoming materials, parts and products.
• Pull and prepare parts requested by manufacturing.
• Perform inventory controls and keep accurate records of inventory levels.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, bandsaw, pallet jacks, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, workstations neat and organized.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of material.
• Cut materials to proper lengths. (copper, aluminum)
• Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar position in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
