Inventory Clerk (1st Shift)

About the role

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for e-commerce experience. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.

Responsibilities

• Master of Organization: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Cycle Count Expert: Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
• Inventory Whisperer: Track and update product movement, identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Root Cause Detective: Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause.
• Status Savvy: Manage inventory at varying status levels and ensure proper handling.
• Forklift Pro: Operate a Stand-Up Forklift for inventory counts and other tasks.
• Collaborative Communicator: Work with customers and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• E-commerce experience preferred.
• Attention to detail: Can spot missing items and handle minor discrepancies.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience with AS400 and/or WMS preferred.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues.
• Forklift certified.
