About the role

A Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for safely using a Forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries moving them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks. They are also responsible for ensuring the production floor is fully stocked, anticipating the needs of the production teams they support.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries
  • Transport raw materials to production workstations and storage areas
  • Ensure the production floor is fully stocked, anticipating the needs of the production teams you support
  • Avoids accidents and ensures safety of self and others
  • Assists in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Complies with all company policies and guidelines
  • Fosters a safe and healthy work environment, compliant with standards and legal regulations
  • Inventory Unload and store materials in their appropriate locations
  • Identify and report damages upon unpacking to leadership
  • Report shortages and quality deficiencies to leadership
  • Keep updated and accurate records of inventory
  • Produce and maintain activity logs
  • Supply Chain Support Coordinate the movement of materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks
  • Anticipate production team needs to ensure uninterrupted workflow
  • Communicate proactively with leadership regarding any supply or quality concerns
  • Support the overall flow of materials from receiving through to the production floor

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience as forklift operator or similar role
  • Working knowledge of industrial equipment
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Self-motivated problem-solver
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma

Pay

The base is $19/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location. Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
