About the Role

The Inventory & Asset Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory and distribution of consumables for Focus Factory. This position supports multiple departments within Focus Factory, ensures integrity of assets, and inventory management through data entry utilizing customer ERP software and provides reporting and logistical support, coordinating material availability to support operations ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient material flow.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate movement of assets and inventory from receiving into Focus Factory
  • Enter inventory into Aticts (customer ERP)
  • Create inventory #’s for items
  • Follow EBFF procedures for issuing wire and consumables and notify QA/Management of any issues
  • Work closely with EBFF team to meet tool/wire and consumable needs
  • Maintain accurate log of wire oven temperatures per customer procedures
  • Maintain inventory/perform spot checks
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of assets
  • Issue welding wire/consumables, equipment to employees and record transactions
  • Ensure return of wire and check weight and condition of wire per customer compliance procedures
  • Cookordinate with Equipment Control Center for repair and maintenance of tools and equipment that has been returned damaged
  • Maintain ERP system for asset tracking
  • Prepare and submit inventory level reports on tool and wire usage
  • Utilize Aticts inventory management software to track and manage tools
  • Support operational needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently and per procedure
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of previous warehousing, Naval Supply systems experience
  • Hazmat training
  • Inventory control experience in Industrial welding tool/consumable knowledge
  • Previous experience in inventory management, logistics in an industrial environment, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to provide problem solving solutions
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. Citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Requires a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle a high degree of confidential and sensitive information and the ability to work at all levels within the organization
  • Must obtain OSHA 10 certification

Qualifications

Pay Range
