Responsibilities
- Logistics
- Coordinate movement of assets and inventory from receiving into Focus Factory
- Enter inventory into Aticts (customer ERP)
- Inventory Management
- Create inventory #’s for items
- Follow EBFF procedures for issuing wire and consumables and notify QA/Management of any issues
- Maintain accurate log of wire oven temperatures per customer procedures
- Maintain inventory/perform spot checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records of assets
- Equipment & Consumable Issuance and Return
- Issue welding wire/consumables, equipment to employees and record transactions
- Ensure return of wire and check weight and condition of wire per customer compliance procedures
- Clock in with Equipment Control Center for repair and maintenance of tools and equipment that has been returned damaged
- Maintain ERP system for asset tracking
- Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all tools and equipment meet safety standards
- Record any returned damaged or misused equipment as per Safety Standards and requirements to the Manager, Facilities & Logistics
- Work Environment
- The performance of this position involves exposure to construction or industrial areas where the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hard hats and hearing protection is required
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including sitting, standing, walking, and driving in a truck
- May require walking and standing on irregular, uneven surfaces in an industrial setting and possibly at increased heights climbing and descending ladders and ship stairways

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of previous warehousing, Naval Supply systems experience
- Hazmat training
- Inventory control experience in Industrial welding tool/consumable knowledge
- Previous experience in inventory management, logistics in an industrial environment, or a related field
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Able to provide problem solving solutions
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must be able to obtain U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. Citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Requires a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle a high degree of confidential and sensitive information and the ability to work at all levels within the organization
- Must obtain OSHA 10 certification
Qualifications
