Key Responsibilities
- Track incoming and outgoing products and updating the database accordingly.
- Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting).
- Inspect and define disposition guidelines of returned products to be re-entered into inventory.
- Cook up the customer credit, refund and return process as it pertains to inventory reconciliation, communicating cross-functionally, and auditing financial impacts.
- Audit the accuracy of product dimensions and weights captured in the current database.
- Oversee presale inventory allocation and update the sales team with new product information.
- Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels.
- Provide low inventory and slow-moving inventory analysis; forecast future inventory requirements and drive visibility of available products based on defined criteria.
- Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Firm grasp of basic computer programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in mathematical and statistical methods.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on mathematical accuracy.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics.
- Ability to complete tasks on a deadline.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Inventory Management experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, and other physical activities.
