Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and adhere to the Keolis Commuter Services principles of Employee Engagement, Operational Excellence & Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Social Responsibility and Economic Performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the enterprise asset management system.
- Perform and support cycle counts, investigate variances, and coordinate root cause analysis with operational and procurement teams.
- Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and support adjustments to maintain inventory integrity.
- Aid in maintaining part master data, including creation and updates of inventory items, and required data fields.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions for materials, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely processing.
- Track requisitions and purchase order status from creation through receipt.
- Maintain and post appropriate contractual reports within deadlines.
- Support replenishment activities by monitoring and identifying reorder needs.
- Cook up with buying team and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of material requests.
- Generate and maintain inventory, cycle count, and usage reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Manage Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s).
- Review and transmit purchase orders to vendors as needed.
- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, material transactions, and related documentation and coordinate for delivery and storage of required files with 3rd party vendor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
This is a unionized position. The pay rates are non-negotiable. The starting pay rate for this position is $39.92.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Additional coursework in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
- 2-4 years of inventory control and materials management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic analysis, data tracking).
- Experience with enterprise systems, D365, Trapeze, or similar systems.
- Understanding of inventory processes, including cycle counting, stock control, and replenishment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process discipline.
- Ability to adapt to multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle confidential information and work independently within minimal supervision.
- Must be able to communicate successfully with a variety of disciplines and levels, both internal and external staff and stakeholders.
