The Inventory Analyst position in Minneapolis, MN starts September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Apply specialized knowledge to product availability through proper inventory positioning
• Establish and develop relationships with key vendors to ensure on-time shipments and deliveries
• Develop business strategies to drive availability and profitable sales
• Manage and allocate inventory to stores
• Negotiate and maintain business relationships with major vendors
• Formulate in-depth inventory forecasts

Requirements

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience
• An entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, forecasting, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
• A performance-driven individual with strong initiative and superior leadership skills
• Ability to manage large datasets and interpret data
• Demonstrated planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
