About the role
The Inventory Analyst will monitor, investigate, resolve, and perform root cause analysis related to inventory discrepancies. They will also be responsible for reporting inventory irregularities.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and perform root cause analysis of inventory out-of-balance situations and other inventory-related errors.
- Daily review, investigation, and reporting of required inventory adjustments and related corrections.
- Perform various inventory adjustments in multiple systems (Optum, BPCS, PS) with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform systematic inventory audits in compliance with established procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years' experience operating industrial powered equipment required.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing or Distribution Center environment preferred.
Skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and web-based applications.
- Warehouse Management System experience preferred; BPCS is a plus.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Warehouse Management Systems experience, preferably Optum.
- PeopleSoft experience preferred.
Pay
Hourly Rate: $20.43
Schedule
1st shift | Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM – 3:30 PM
