Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve material shortages, discrepancies, and quality concerns that may impact production schedules.
- Review inventory and production reports to identify material availability issues, inaccurate balances, and production delays.
- Research outstanding purchase orders, requisitions, and inventory transfers to determine root causes of supply challenges.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Analyze inventory variances and discrepancies; document findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments, material losses, and usage trends.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track and resolve material flow issues.
- Support administrative functions including reporting, documentation, communication, and system updates.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy within inventory and production systems.
- Generate reports and provide updates regarding inventory status and material availability.
- Support communication between departments to facilitate issue resolution and workflow efficiency.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and coordination activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, production support, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory or ERP systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a US Citizen and commuting distance to Erlanger, KY.
