Interview Operations Program Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an Interview Operations Program Manager to design, scale, and optimize a high-quality interview ecosystem supporting a fast-growing technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize end-to-end interview program workflows to support organizational growth
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while maintaining quality and consistency
Partner with recruiting operations to plan capacity and improve scalability of interview processes
Develop, maintain, and evolve interview content, modules, and structured evaluation frameworks
Establish governance processes for interview content lifecycle management
Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and improve interview materials
Design and manage interviewer onboarding, training, and development programs
Implement performance feedback, assessment frameworks, and recognition processes
Drive engagement and continuous improvement across interviewer communities
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track interview program performance
Analyze key hiring and interview metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Partner with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights
Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and cross-functional partners to align on hiring needs
Communicate program updates, insights, and improvements to stakeholders and leadership
Gather feedback and continuously improve interview processes and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in program management, operations, or recruiting operations
Strong data analytics skills with experience tracking KPIs and building reports/dashboards
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills
Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent program management
Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, scheduling platforms, or similar systems)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode)
Experience building training, onboarding, or learning programs
Knowledge of structured interviewing and fair hiring practices
Experience in high-growth startup environments with rapidly evolving processes
Exposure to AI tools for workflow automation, reporting, or operational efficiency
